One UI update version 5.1 my Samsung Galaxy F23 5G freezing Issue

After One UI update version 5.1 my Samsung Galaxy F23 5G freezes for some time in between you using the apps. Then I have to use power button to give it a refresh. The security Patch level: 1 April 2023.

How to do this? As I have restarted phone multiple times.

To do this, connect your turned off phone to your PC with the cable it came with. Next, hold vol up and the power button at the same time and release both when the logo shows. Then using the volume buttons navigate to clear system cache and press the Power button. Once done you can also select repair apps and Once done navigate to reboot phone.
I would also recommend downloading Good Guardians from Galaxy Store and run the app booster module.

If you have just installed it give it two days to settle down.
Also look for any app updates in both Samsung and Google store.
