My bottom circle dosnt speak answers I asked, have I changed a setting anybody

Like the sira button on apple but when pressed ,dosnt no longer speak you the answer? Now it does nothing whilst pressing the middle the button

Yes but when I held my finger on it would let me ask questions and answering talking, think must have made a mistake with the settings!

Possibly you have, or the feature got moved after an update? I now have to swipe upwards from either corner of my screen to activate the assistant.

Go to Google then tap your account icon, scroll down and press settings then click on the voice section and make sure the speech output is set to full.
