J5 caller id not showing

I cannot answer calls on my Samsung j5 phone rings but nothing shows on screen, the only way to answer calls is by pulling notification tab down but even then the calls don't show, I've set my settings so I can answer via the home button but I still can't see who's call 

Any ideas???

Hi @Marts83. Can you check if you can answer calls in Safe Mode? To activate this, restart your phone but whilst it's powering up, keep the 'Volume Down' button held until you reach the home screen. If done correctly, Safe Mode will be displayed in the bottom left screen. To exit Safe Mode, restart your phone as normal.

The same problem still happens I can answer via pulling down the notification tab it's the spam protection  screen u get when u receive or make a call I'm not getting

Which J5 do you have, @Marts83; 2015, 2016 or 2017? Can you also tell me which Android version you're currently running?
