Hello 👋 @bella08
Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
The fact is you cannot increase the phone's internal storage.
You can either micro manage the phone's internal storage by deleting unused data.
Or use an Online Vault or there are devices you can plug into the charging port to transfer data to.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi! The Samsung Galaxy S21+ does not have a microSD card slot, so you can't expand the internal storage with a memory card. However, here are some ways you can free up or increase storage:
Way 1. Use Samsung Cloud or Google Photos
Since you've already transferred photos and videos to an external drive, you can also use Samsung Cloud or Google Photos for backup and then delete unnecessary files from your phone.
Way 2. Delete Unused Apps & Clear Cache
Go to: Settings > Apps
Select an app and tap Storage > Clear cache (or Clear data for unused apps).
Uninstall apps you don’t use.
Way 3. Use an External USB Drive via OTG
You can connect a USB flash drive or external SSD using a USB-C to USB adapter (OTG adapter). This lets you store large files externally while accessing them easily.
Way 4. Move Files to a PC or Cloud Storage
Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox can store large files.
Transfer files to a PC and delete them from your phone.
Hope this will be your help.
