Have lost 4G on my A5 2017 since, it seems, the recent software update. Mobile data is on and previously this would have immediately given 4G.
There's possibly a setting that the update changed but I can't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Do you not get 4G connection anywhere at all ?
As a process of elimination to rule out the sim card or phone that maybe at issue can you please try your sim card in another phone and another sim card in your phone.
In regards to your thread title your phone will connect to the strongest signal available and will connect to wifi connection first if it's turned On in the phone.
