Hey 👋,

I tried to get logfiles of my phone but all ways I found at the internet are Logcat App (It needs read_logs permission that i cant grant bc not rooted) or on pc over adb.

But i dont have a rooted phone or pc. So I realy need help how to get my logs, its very important for me to debug some crash causes.

best regards

Dial *#9900# and select run dumpstate/logcat. When it's done select copy kernel log to SD card. When it's done go to My Files - internal storage - log. Everything you need should be in there. I rename the RR.e file to RR.txt so I can open on the devices and check system crashes. There's logs for NFC W/R, power off issues, battery stats, quite a bit. Have fun!Screenshot_20211027-215046_Service mode_26914.jpg
