Hi there, I recently made the jump from to Android and got my hands on a Galaxy M31. Fantastic phone, but I can't seem to get Wi-Fi calling to work. I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me?
I've upgraded from an iPhone 6 and it's always worked on that with the same SIM card.
The M31 is fully up-to-date, and I have Wi-Fi Calling enabled in the settings menu of the 'Phone' application, but I'm not seeing the little icon in the notification area. Is there anything I'm missing?
Many thanks in advance

Question is does your chosen Mobile Network support that model of phone for their Wi-Fi Calling @Chicane
I'd suggest to contact customer services for your network.
If they do then they may need to push an OTA configuration update.

I see, I wasn't aware that only certain models were supported. I've just had a look on their website and unfortunately my device doesn't appear to be in the list 😞
I guess I'll just have to hope they add support for it at some point in the future. Thanks for the advice though!
