I have no WiFi at all.My network connection is very poor.I am using all my data allowance to update.Please help
Is your wifi turning On in your device when you pull down the top panel and press on the wifi toggle ?
Are you able to connect to multiple wifi connections such as Home Broadband and coffee shops etc ?
If so what's your experiences with that.
Try a soft reboot by turning the phone off and on and or forget the network connection in the wifi settings and reset it back up.
A Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic on the phone.
