I've occasionally seen this on my Samsung Galaxy s8 phone.
Try clearing the cache and data in your Facebook app via Settings-Apps-Facebook-Storage-Clear Cache and Data.
On a side once once I ditched the main Facebook App and started using the Facebook Lite App I don't see that message.
That or access your Facebook account via your internet browser url box.
