I have a 5 week old Galaxy s7 edge which was working absolutly fine until one night I placed the phone on the bedside table to charge as I've done with every phone I have ever owned. This time it was different, when I woke the camera lens was shattered. I never touched the phone and it was not moved all night. Is there something which could make the phone do this and is there anyone else who has had the same/similar problem? My service provider want £63 to repair the phone which I'm not prepared to pay as I never physically broke my phone.
Yours isnt the only one it has been randomly happening on s7 mainly in the usa but seems to be coming here as well. Samsung have been blaming the consumer as per usual pass the buck
