I'm having issues with my s21 battery. It's suddenly losing charge and switching my phone off. It feels like the back of the case is starting to curve.
I have an appointment tomorrow with Vodafone tomorrow, as that's who I got the phone from.
Is this something that's repairable, or am I potentially looking at having to replace it?

I would get advice from Vodafone and also an independent mobile phone repair shop which will be significantly cheaper. Just make sure they are reputable.

Looking at things from a safety standpoint firstly @Shirlz, if the case of your phone is starting to curve, this could be a sign that your battery is swollen. I would therefore recommend that you don't use your device, at least until after it has been looked at. I don't know if a replacement battery as a fix will be possible if your current battery has swollen, as this may have caused some internal damage. I would say that you are probably looking at a replacement device at the end of this.

I was thinking that, since the S21 looks to be a sealed unit, or maybe thats just to stop users from poking around in there. I'm actually due an upgrade and but was going to keep my phone as long as I could without changing it. I guess I'm probably going to have to change it. Thank you.🙂
