Other SmartphonesHey all!
I know for the Androids we don't typically need any Antivirus software protection with the built in technology.
However,
I am getting an overload of spam, including some things I'd rather not say but I never signed up for.
I looked into the filters for email but nothing is helping, along with the obvious which is changing my password. It is a Yahoo account.
Was wondering if at all, there would be a Antivirus software that would help with email?
Or
A preferred software you already use?
As I said before, I do know we typically don't need one. At this point I am desperate to stop this madness!
Thank you in advance!

Other SmartphonesHi @Cf3p0
Sometimes issues are caused by spam being built in to apps we download.
One good way of finding out is to put the phone into Safe Mode which disables all your downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones alone.
If the spam stops then it's something in a downloaded app. Try re adding one at a time.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra 256Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
