Samsung do not give timeframes on release dates I'm afraid.
It's a case of checking the phones software update periodically and check if your phone model is going to receive it.
If the phone was supplied by a Network then that can also cause delays as the Networks test firmware before allowing Samsung to push out firmware updates to their branded phones.
