Hi,

I brought a Haze grip case in the Samsung store in July and dropped it on the table today. The corner is broken so I had to sellotape it together to hold the phone in. Will this be covered under the warranty?

Any recommendations on a studies cover?

I know I read somewhere that only The warranty applies on the electronic products. But they offer cooling off period for 28 days for accessories. But I can't say for definite. Maybe best to contact samsung customer services to ask.

Do check with Samsung however I think the case isn't covered for accidental damage.

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/warranty/ shows what Samsung apply warranties to. However they may offer a goodwill gesture if you ask.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

No luck or compassion from the staff at the Samsung shop in King's Cross. They make out that it served its purpose as protected my phone after one fall. I wasn't happy as it's a lot to pay and should have lasted a lot longer. The case should last for several drops otherwise its pointless buying it
