Last Sunday, my phone, a Samsung A40, automatically updated for the last security update (1st Novembre 20
Since, when I go out my home, I have no internet data. The network is good, and I'm able to send and receive messages and calls. But wherever I go, I have no internet data. Of course, I tried to restart my phone, check the SIM card, and clean phone memory cache, but I have the same problem again.
I tried to contact Samsung support and they just help me to create an error rapport with Samsung Members...
It annoys me a lot for a phone package that I buy €20 every month...
I wanted to know if it's possible to install an older update with and SD card, or if someone had a solution. I would be honest, I don't want to completely reset my phone.
So, can someone help me please?
