6.1 update A54

I have a Galaxy A54. Received the 6.1 update a few weeks back but having an issue with the contacts app since update. When I got into contacts app it's showing "all contacts" instead of just "Google contacts" like before. I'm constantly having to go in and manually change it back to "Google contacts" I have cleared caches etc and nothing makes a difference. Can anyone help? It's a complete pain going into contacts and seeing random numbers and email addresses 😤

It might be worth going into the phone's relevant settings to 👀 at any sync settings @AlanB2506

Already done that. It's mainly displaying email addresses from work contacts from my Outlook account but sync contacts in Outlook is off 🤷🏻‍♂️
