Wifi calling removed with the last update

Why has wifi calling been removed from  s21 after the last update

I have note 10 plus 5g. That feature isn't in mine. But after updating my s10 plus to Androud 12 that feature appeared in it and its paygo vodafone network. On note 10 plus its 02 network which tthey old me I have to be on a contact for that feature. Thank you for replying.

No WiFi calling on android 12. S10 plus got it even though the network said only on contract sim. So I'm disappointed that feature is not on note 10 plus 5g.
