Has anyone got a 6e router? Is there a noteable benefit to using it?

No I don't own one but do know it depends how many devices you own as to whether or not you'd really benefit from buying a new router (greater bandwidth reduces congestion). Take a look at this article and you should be in a better position to make an educated opinion of your own https://www.theverge.com/2019/2/21/18232026/wi-fi-6-speed-explained-router-wifi-how-does-work

Any router that is WiFi 6e is gonna be expensive and high end right now. What devices do you use that can and will take advantage of it? Do you have a service provider to even take advantage of the bandwidth? These questions need to be answered first.

yes, I've been looking at reviews and articles.
I have 200mb virgin and get about 40mb download on phone. Got the usual light's, laptop, tablets etc but no kids at the moment, left home😂.
It looks like I could get faster download to utilise bandwidth with 6e, but I hardly ever get buffering issues, so think on balance I'll wait a it longer.

You don't need WiFi 6e for 200mbit. I'm on Virgin 200mbit too, my dl speeds top out at 226mbit and around 20mbit upload wired or wireless. 6e is good for future proofing, but not necessary to max out your ISP right now.
