Hi, was your phone purchased from a mobile network or unlocked? Network providers do their own checks and it depends on them for release. Also, bear in mind that updates are released in batches for unlocked phones. My partner's unlocked S21 FE (from Argos) received the update a few weeks ago.
I've had updates before on holiday; however, as I said, it is released in batches, so hopefully it won't be long for you. As Pipper123 said, unfortunately, nobody here can give a timeframe, as this is a customer-to-customer forum.
