So I contacted Samsung sales support of the s21 series plug not working baring in mind during the 30 day period from me having the product delivered I had medical committments and I hadn't used it right

So today I contacted Samsung via online chat and I explained the issue they imitated a fault code and rest assured me a refund 


Then sales department made me explain the whole thing again unecessarily
When the technical expert in the initial chat said u dont need to repeat 

Just give fault code and then a refund will be intiated.

So alll of that went out the window making me look like a ***** and I was told no refund 

Pathetic really as I hadn't ever used the plug 
Only tested it yesterday not worked 

Having the diagnostics done then online technician gave the fault code 


Pathetic and poor customer service

When you say  “ s21 series plug not working ” do you mean the phone's charging port @sarasphotobox  ?

I appreciate you've had medical commitments which has delayed your use of the Samsung Galaxy s21.

It is always advisable to open up the phone to boot it up to make sure everything works as it should including making sure it charges up.

Samsung do as your aware allow a 28 day cooling off period to return the phone if you change your mind or have it swapped out for a new replacement if requested within the cooling off period.

After that Samsung can only offer a repair.

Or do you mean you've purchased a Samsung Charging Brick / Plug to charge your phone up as one does not come with the Samsung Galaxy s21 in the box ?

Hi Sara, what's the fault code your getting ?
Is it the USB socket on the phone or is it the charging brick your using ?

I'm silly I should of saved it I did the chat via online I should of saved it but the technician established my phone was ok the fact that all other wires worked ok with s21+ but unfortunately s21 plug was the issue

As the Samsung Galaxy s21 does not come with a Plug with the phone did you buy one separately @sarasphotobox

Yes bought hence to why it had a fault and they can't issue a refund 😡😡😡

The Plug would come with a warranty. The only reason Samsung wouldn't support a product under the warranty is if the issue is accidental damage. So they won't issue a refund but should replace the plug.
