To the Moderaters - Search Function

Is it possible to maybe put a " sticky " note on the site to highlight the search function on the site ? 

I've noticed there have been quite a few new posts on the same topics of eg glass screen protectors, wi fi calling Might help new members if the availability of the search function was highlighted

@papashaun  Fair  point @papashaun , though I think the search icon is clearly visible .  Some new  members likely do not think to search for topics if they have a enquiry  or complaint and want to make their point quickly.  There can be a bit of duplication at times though.
