Still on Android 11

It is 15 March 2022 but my Samsung Galaxy S10 has still not been offered the Android 12 update even though my wife's and daughter's Galaxy S10e phones got the update last month.

I am in the UK on the 3 network and all websites seem to imply that all S10 phones should already have received the Android 12 update. 

Can anyone tell me if there is a problem with the S10 or is it just my phone?

Can I ask, are you able to tell if it is the phone that has the Swiss country code or is it my SIM card as it is the service provider software That contains the AUT code is it not?

It's the phone as it has a Swiss CSC

No that didn't work either. I have this annoying feeling that I'm not going to get the update because the phone is Swiss or Austrian AUT but is in the UK.

I'm thick as I bought the Ceramic version over a grand 🤣 Got to laugh or cry but seriously nothing but problems & i love the S plus but android 12 definitely few glitches appreciate feedback 👍
