Actually people who go from carriers got it 1-2 weeks before people like us who got from Samsung direct.

You could try connecting your phone to PC with smartswitch and see if the update pops up.


Also have checked under settings and software updates?

Mine is on UK EE and got before Christmas BUT security updates stuck at December and Google Play at October 2023

Mine just says Software Updated. This is a refurbished S21 ultra, would that have something to do with why i'm not getting anything apart from UI 5.1 that can't be all of them surely
