When I dictate text to an AI Assistant app, the AI assistant app converts my speech to text almost perfectly.
But when I dictate text into any non-AI Assistant app on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ phone, the interpretation is poor, so that I have to go back and manually correct it. This has been happening only in the last year. Before this, dictation results in any app on my S10+ were almost perfect.
Has anyone else noticed this deterioration?
I sometimes wonder if the speech-to-text engine in my S10+ has been intentionally downgraded, so that I will tempted to purchase a new model of phone.
