My Samsung s20 Ultra 5g, is still running on android 10. And last security update was September 2020. I've been in touch with Samsung who have told me to factory reset and clear cache. And still shows I have the latest software?
Have you ever got any updates since you've had the phone? It's strange as it looks like the phone's active CSC has been changed at some point from VOD to BTU.
You may find a resolution by posting on xda s20 ultra forum as there will surely be someone on there that understands CSC's and firmware better than me. But I am sure it is do do with the CSC configuration on your phone.
