I have an S20+ and since upgrading to Android 13, (mostly) games keep loading upside down, the navigation buttons too. If I flip my phone upside down the app is still upside down. However, if I close the app then homescreen is rightsize up and the navigation buttons are in the correct place. A restart temporarily fixes the issue, but not always. I'm now having to permanently keep the rotation lock in portrait mode, which is not what I want.
Is there some setting change required to revert to more predictable behaviour?

Thanks. Took a few attempts with the cable plugged into my PC, but finally managed to wipe the cache partition and that solved most of my issues.

Unfortunately, my excitement was short lived. Less than 24 hours later the issues returned. I now wish I hadn't taken the Android 13 update.
