In my experiences with the Samsung phones I've used they don't typically need protective films  on the camera lens glass as they are hardy pieces of glass however they do tend to be available from 3rd party accessory suppliers.

 

I use a Samsung Leather Case on my Note 10 that also provides a lip to protect the lens.

edit > Now you have edited your reply to me I'll  add bit more.

 

The phone comes with an in-transit back plastic protector but does not have this over the camera lens as far as I've seen from a boxed phone in the UK as far as I've seen.
