S21 won't go live on ring when phone is on 4g

I've been on every forum, spoke to ring, spoke to EE, and nobody has a solution to how the phone will work on ring when it's on 4g or 5g. It will only give live feed on WiFi.  Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if this will help as I've also seen a lot of posts stating Ring doesn't work on mobile data but in the same breath I've seen some that state the opposite.

Thanks, I've went through the whole list. Even changed to sim port 2 , still no joy with live view on 4g, yet it works on iphone😡

I have just got my S21 ultra and done the same as you, spoke to everyone with no joy lol.

Works fine on my WiFi network but not on mobile data.

Did you find a solution?
