OK so after using camera for around 10 mins to just see what it can do, suddenly the phone gets ultra hot and decides to tell me that I have to wait for the phone to cool down before I can use the camera again, this is in a room at about 17 degrees centigrade what the hell is it going to be like in a hot country. Please advise samsung

when did you setup the phone properly then I can see if its anything to do with that or not

also maybe try to turn of wifi/cellular on your phone that could add to it also if your charging your phone it will get hotter so try unplugging it it also could be if your phone was low at time of in camera

or try closing all of your other apps that could cause heat if too many apps open

if none of those work then try going into

finally it will go into a chat with a higher up person than me in samsung to help you get sorted hope it helps

Mine has never gotten hot barely even warm and that's been in a very warm room with a fire on
