S21 ultra Software upgrade issues

Hi,

After I updated my phone to android 11 3.1, I started to encounter some issues. I am unable to press any of my pop up in my apps(the app will hang), unable to off my white bar at the bottom when it is in landscape mode. When I go into my privacy settings for the permission manager, the screen will hang. I hope this is due to the software update issues. Not my phone.

Do a wipe cache.
