S21 Ultra not updating

OK just by circumstance I happen to have 2 S21 Ultra's.  The first one I received updated straight away to the latest January firmware however the new one I received doesn't seem to update to it.  Both devices are from Samsung.  Just find it a bit strange.

I think you're right but the problem is with the network service provider. I've noticed sometimes it takes over an hour for a sim to register on 3 even though its fully able to connect to the mobile data and calls. I'm guessing this is one of those times.

Wonder if it's EE and there Esim. Mine keeps asking me to search for a ESIM plan or scan a QR code?

Rather impressed, even though my area isn't suppose to get 5G from 3, I can still get the service if I go higher up in my house and boy does the S21 Ultra deliver good. 300mbps down and 33mbps up from 3 in spite of being out of their coverage range. Its like 50% better speeds than my home broadband...
