Hi, I have a S21 Ultra since late January, I had issues in the past but now since the last Update 3 days ago My Mobile Network stopped working, I have an (Ø) symbol not even empty bars, the SIM card works great on other devices, but non SIM card works on this device, I tried reseting the network settings, Wiped cache partition, factory reset, airplane mode on and Off, looks like the antenna stopped working completely, not a single SIM card works on this device.
I have Wifi connection but is not what I bought this phone for, I want network service, is there any other solution I can try?

Update: I solved the issue for now by removing the sim card, with the simcard removed , reset network conections, and turn off the phone and then add the sim card and turn back on.
Very important to reset the network settings with the sim off!
Works for now, hope it stays that way

Samsung service said there was no fix for mine and they changed the mainboard.
will never buy a samsung again.

for some people it works when you put the phone in 3G only and it worked for me too,
but my mainboard was still defective and they changed it at service under warranty

They told me at service they cant help me becouse their samsung tests shows that everything is Ok with phone

They're probably lying cuz my mainboard had to be changed.

I tried but nothing works, I have the same exact problem, I did factory reset, your workaround, chance the apn settings, the only that works is restart the phone, and then the phone works normally some minutes or hours and again the same problem, I was troubleshooting and I the problem is when the phone is trying to changes from lte to h+ to 3g etc, then the phone just lost the network connection to data and calls, please some one have something to do? I already tried to talk to samsung support and they just told me that they can't do anything because the diagnostic says that everything is OK, but I can't use data or calls, please help

Hello,, I'm living in Dubai and having the same issue with my S21 Ultra. I have tried my SIM card in different Samsung phones and no issue only with S21 Ultra I'm facing the issue.
