S21 Ultra Camera zoom bug? (100x zoom bug)

Hey guys. I got a problem with 100x zoom on my S21 ultra. When i zoom more than 15x it goes blurry (out of focus) and never recovers. Not even with auto or manual focus. When i zoom out below 15x it gets in focus again. When i got the phone i think i didn't have this issue. Anyone knows what i should do to fix this problem?

Ps1. The phone is updated fully.

Ps. I have tried factory reseting the phone. The lens is clean and has no glass protection on. This happens even without a phone case.

Anyone who knows anything that might help, please let me know

I have absolutely the same issue and it's been getting worse and worse.
Using zoom above 10x is almost impossible for me now...

I Have the same issue !! 10x zoom and above is not focusing ... 🙃
I got this phone for the zoom feature!!! now its completely useless to me ..

It's a hardware problem, I got my zoom camera replaced under warranty. It works perfectly now.
