S21 Ultra 3x zoom lens juddering and not focusing outdoors

I have an intermittent issue of the 3x zoom lens producing a wavey/shakey/juddering appearance without focusing at all (s21 ultra exynos version). This issue isn't experienced with other zoom selections. I have experienced this issue multiple times outdoors (all cold days) but never indoors, which is strange. Has anyone else experienced this?

Did it start after the software update?

It didnt no, just opened the camera because it was a nice day and noticed it with that lens.

In the end I had to get a replacement phone under warranty unfortunately. I think it is a hardware fault.

Yeah it's annoying and Samsung were awful at sorting it out. On the plus side you'll get a fresh battery on the replacement phone.
