Please go to Samsung Members App, bottom right select help then feedback and pose your question there.
Most newer devices have a range between 1 and 120hz where the device chooses based on a range of settings.
Also your device is 3 years old and only has a year or two left of support so (if I'm being honest) I wouldn't hold your breath here.
