Hi All,
I have an S21 FE SD888 and it's not getting OTA updates. Phone has been in use for 6 months and hasn't received a single OTA update. All updates were completed over Smart Switch.

Hi Andrew,
Tried both multiple times, and it shows as software is up to date.
Connecting phone to SmartSwitch on PC and app shows that there is an available update, checking for update on phone says up to date.

Hello, try to check for system updates, with the phone in Safe Mode, it is possible that you have a third-party app that interferes.
Another step would be to access system applications, search for the Software Update app and clear the cache.
When making the first configuration of this phone? Have you used backup of previous device? If so, Reset the phone to factory values and install everything from scratch without restoring any copies. Greetings.
