Mine does exactly the when it's connected to the car Bluetooth. I've missed so many calls, very frustrating. I've searched high and low for a solution to no avail. It started several months ago, I assume after an update. Please Help.

I have analyzed this issue for years now with each upgraded phone. The ringer volume (S10 to S23 models) will go to near zero if the phone is connected to Bluetooth in a vehicle (either my personal vehicle or in a rental car) and I receive a call while it is connected. This requires me to manually raise the ringer volume under settings whenever I exit the vehicle., if I received a call while I was in the vehicle. This has happened now with each of my Galaxy phones for a number of years. I'm sure this is the same problem that others have experienced but just haven't understood. I have not found any answers to this issue online.

Not just connected to a vehicle. Mine is always connected to my Shokz headset (and my Samsung watch) when it occurs.

Have noticed this recently on my S23 Plus but only in messaging apps, i.e. WhatsApp and Telegram. Volume for standard calls is fine.
