Registering S21 5G in Samsung Account

Registered my S21 5G on Samsung Members site eventually (when attempting to register S21 on Samsung Members website, only the first 11 characters are shown i.e. SM-G991B/DS .  The exact model number, which reflects colour, storage capacity  etc. has characters following  the 'DS' but they are not shown).  Luckily mine was quite high up the list of 25 matches returned!  Question is, although registered in Samsung Members it doesn't appear under 'Registered Devices' in my Samsung Account - any ideas?

It never registers exact colour model number or even capacity size. It only uses the model number of the device and region.

Each option in the dropdown shows a different full (i.e. 14 character) model number when selected. The exact model number and the correct image is then displayed.  All sorted.
