Recipient's getting echo on voice calls

Sp I just recently upgraded to a new S21 from a Razer Phone 2 and been liking it so far.

Apart from on all voice calls the other person hears themselves all the time. I even tried on a second mobile and it's really bad.

After googling it seems its quite common, is there any fix for it? It can't be a carrier issue since its the same sim cars from previous phone and it happens on WhatsApp calls aswell

I am having the same issue with WhatsApp calls. This is also recurring with Wifi Calling as well. Is there any resolution? I have everything updated.

Same here, I thought it might be Wi-Fi network configuration but I've now confirmed on multiple wireless networks (different infrastructure) and the issue is the same. Definitely seems like a phone firmware/software issue

I am also experiencing echo on calls after trying many options I will simply by a new phone from a different manufacturer and avoid Samsung from now on.

Has anyone gotten a successful resolution for this? I've been trying to hold out for an update that fixes this, but it's still present, and most of my (frequent) phone calls are on speakerphone. Maybe it's time to RMA while it's still under warranty.

Terrible. The amount of money we pay for these phones, they should be perfect.  Never had this issue before when I first bought it. Started the echo sometime in November 2021.  Its on both incoming and outgoing calls. People hear their voice and an echo. I will be turning my phone in soon.  Horrible

I get the same thing. I did not have this issue with the Samsung A51 which I replaced with the S21. The worst part is that Samsung has no solution and has what looks like horrible customer support. Even getting into this site is arduous. Good customer support is effective and easy. Samsung is neither.
