Hi guys, I'm hoping you could solve a new issue for me. I had to factory reset my S10 yesterday. Now I'm unable to receive files from S22 to S10, yet can send files fron S10 to S22..

I've checked for updates, cleared cache, force stopped, set S10 to "access to everyone", all devices connected to the same Samsung account... It was perfectly fine before the reset. I'm confounded.l.

Log out of the samsung account on the tablet and log back in? Seen this odd thing work a few times
On your S10, go to Settings > General Management Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset all network settings, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile data

When you say it cannot receive files, does it fail to send or do you not even see it as an option?

It's on my contacts list. It tries to connect but fails every time. There's no problem sending files from the S10 to S22 though.
