Power consumption increases 3-4 fold after NFC payment

Since I am using NFC payments I have noticed the battery didn't last long. (A few months ago)

The last days my phone was out of power several times.

Yesterday It took 29 hours to drain my battery to 50 %, less then 2%/hr.

After a NFC payment power consumption increased to about 5-6 % /hr.

After 3 hours i cycled the power and power consumption returned to less than 2%/hr.

In my opinion the NFC chip remains in high power setting until the power is cycled, indicating a software bug

in the Open-UI software

In another shop, after an NFC payment, powerconsumption remained normal, back to the original shop, the same problem, increased powerconsumption

A solution could be on the phone side to power down the NFC chip in standby, after completion of the NFC payment, after a number of seconds.
