This phone (Galaxy s21 FE exynos) has absolutely pathetic network reception.

How can someone use a smartphone with this kind of network reception.

It keeps loosing signal, internet speed is very bad. Many phones much cheaper than this perform much better.

This is a robbery from Samsung and they should recall this ***** and return the money.

Which network ? You can be sure it is the phone and not your network coverage in the area ? What are you using as a comparator ? Another phone perhaps on the same sim card ?

Whilst it is possible that the cellular chipset can cause variances between phones, to pass their production testing for sale then all phones must meet a minimum requirement for the network and connectivity standards.

You should check another phone, and check that it is not a temporary outage of the supplied signals from your network.

Thanks

P.s. I have awful problems at my house with Vodafone and EE as both their coverage is poor in my area. This means that I have to select another network where I live.

This is not the phone but the cellular 4g signals.

Rather than blaming the phone and samsung maybe you should take a look at your network provider to see they have problems.

In fairness, I had S21 Ultra and that was truly awful. At the time it was acknowledged that the 5132b modem (I think that was the number) was the issue. It just wasn't up to the mark but Samsung refused to recognise this.

The Pixel 6 Pro used the same modem and had the same issues.

They were fine if you lived in a town or city or lived underneath a mast but otherwise......

I feel your pain

I am on Sunrise network. Network coverage is also good in my area.

I tried my SIM on my son's mobile (Oneplus Nord CE 2) and it works perfectly. He gets 112 MBPS while mine is 6 MBPS. But it is not really about the speed but the reliability. My connection keeps dropping intermittently making it useless to make video calls, attend meetings etc.

I discussed it with my network provider, and he said it has something to do with 5g SA, NSA support etc., which I have absolutely no idea.  I always checked if it supports 4g, 5g but nothing more than that.

Anyway, I have already got rid of it. I tested the network in the shop when I bought my new mobile (Oneplus 12R) and it is working fine (so it was really something wrong with the mobile).

Thanks you for your answer.

I didn't check my modem but it was really the phone which was at fault. People who have the same phone with Snapdragon processer do not have this problem. I think something is not right with my version.
