Hi, I'd like to know why I'm not getting one ui 4 on my S20 ultra phone (bought from EE) I saw that all the other friends have already received ??? Help me !

@Brianbd For s20 ultra unlocked (with csc code BTU) is available a software update with android 12 (one ui 4) and December security pack . Please check csc code ! For UK :BTU , For UK EE : EVR , For UK O2 : O2U and For UK 3 (three) : H3G . 

For check : setting -  about phone -software information - scroll dow - you need found "SERVICR PROVIDER"

At this time, be grateful you don't have it. Have you not seen all the posts on here about various updates with UI4 regardless of the device?

Google and Samsung have unleashed what is in my opinion a disaster with Android 12 and should roll us all back to 11 until it is all sorted.

Yet this doesn't make sense. 

I used to have ios , and they dont do this with ios phones ,if it is locked or unlocked carrier. Everyone gets the update at the same time .

I love Samsung but when it gets to upgrade the OS it's getting annoying.
