Beta is now released to the UK S21 series but you have to have an unlocked model, it came up for me as a notice notification in the Samsung Members App.

I see.

It's Vodafone doing their usual trick of late updates, and long delays on new beta versions.
I'm never buying network branded devices again.

BTU (Unbranded) devices all the way for me.
I had the same issue with a different brand of phone. Technical support was abysmal and now the technical support from both Samsung and Vodafone are the same....
