Noteshelf says not compatible on S9 tablet

If you're referring to the Tab S9 then yes I can confirm it is compatible and working on mine.

Have you tried downloading it from Google Play Store instead?

Thank you, it turns out I was using galaxy store from chrome browser so I had to download galaxy store from Playstore and then it worked. Thanks everyone
