Please would you explaine what you mean about the camera settings i am finding pictures a ever so slightly grainy, thank you

Pictures are not as sharp and I find it difficult now to move between settings ie .5 1x 2 it was easier before.

Font settings have changed on messages AGAIN...harder to call from messages, harder to edit pictures ie type on them, date missing from home screen...why do they change things like this?!!!!
