I am having problems downloading music I have on a folder on my PC to my new s21. Never had issues with my old s9. Files are wma format can anyone help

What exactly is the problem? Do you get error messages? Which way are you attempting this? Do you know the phone doesn't recognise wma files unless you use a third party player?

I use jetAudio as it handles lossless and lossy files.
