MMS text not working after Android13 upd.

I've used ALL recommended web fixes and a manual input of MMS settings on my S20 Ultra 5G. MMS used to work ok until I believe the Abdroid 13 update I did. Just cannot send anything except text.

Message: "Couldn't send. Unsupported by network" I am with EE.

Anyone with same problem?

Hi. Thanks. Chat was set to Auto. Tried Text or Multimedia. Still same result:
Popup says 'not supported by network'
This is a big provider here. EE. (Was Orange)

I have the same problem I'm with giffgaff have a Samsung S20 and S10 both used to send and receive MMS and now don't.

Sorry to hear that Sara. I tried everything. I was thinking it was connected to an Android version upgrade. I must try the SIM in my spare old S8! At least then I should tell if it's the network. Mine is EE payg.

I can no longer edit my APN settings and although I can add my phone does not allow me to select it. Looking back tmy MMS WAS working last August on both phones but now both S10 and S20 have the same issue. Hopefully next update will have a fix.

Hope so! I tried new APN and wouldn't work.

My phones will not let me edit or add new APN hubby has an older phone and he can change his settings. I'm baffled!

Might be locked by the network settings when applied by GiffGaff.

Both phones had been receiving MMS fine, only realised today when my mum tried to send me an MMS, I haven't changed any settings and have been in touch with giff gaff. For some reason my phones now won't allow me to change or add APN settings. This has happened sometime since aug/Sept last year. Giffgaff think it's a device issue to I'm guessing a Samsung update.
