Mic not working on incoming video calls whatsup/messanger/viber

Hi,

I got Samsung S10e, great phone happy with all, except that if i receive an incoming video call on whats up or messenger always no exception my mic is not working.

This happen on any app with video call  and incoming calls only. The apps in question , they all have mic premmision in settings

If i make video call to anyone - all ok, but if they call me always, no exception they can not hear me...as this is same regardless of app i am thinking it must be with some android setting or phone issue, anyone can help pls? Thanks

That's quite an odd one. Let's rule out the Mic hardware first: Go in to the Samsung Members app > Support > Diagnostics > Test hardware > Mic. Check the mic. Does this work fine?

Thx - i found out what was the issue - REC CALL - app was caussing the issue... took app down and all ok now
