Hi I can't use the chat feature anymore my husband abd I have the same phones in the sane network and his message version is different from mine is there a way of updating the message app.

I'm not on the latest update but it doesn't give me an option to update.

Samsung Messages no longer supports RCS so chat feature may not work anymore

You did see it, so did I. I also found stories going back to last year but still working on S21U and S23U, currently.
Perhaps it was a nothing burger.

I have an s20 and mine has stopped working too. My partner has a note and that works
